It is suitable for closed heat transfer systems operating under strong circulation as well as controlled open systems within recommended temperature limits. In properly designed systems, L-QC 320 helps maintain efficient heat transfer, reduce carbon and sludge formation, and support longer fluid life. YUANGEN L-QC 320 Heat Transfer Oil is designed for smooth circulation and reliable heat transfer performance in industrial thermal oil systems. It can be used in open and closed systems under strong circulation conditions, as well as in controlled vacuum, atmospheric or inert gas pressurized operations.


In a well-designed modern closed heat transfer system, L-QC 320 supports a maximum average bulk fluid temperature of 320°C and a maximum film temperature of 340°C. In open systems, where air exposure may affect thermal stability, the recommended maximum service temperature is 180°C.


To maintain safe operation and extend oil service life, do not exceed the recommended operating temperature. Operating above the specified range may cause oil cracking, vapor bubble formation, reduced flash point and shorter oil life.

Avoid contact with skin. Use impervious gloves with used oil. After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water.
Take used oil to an authorised collection point. Do not discharge into drains, soil or water.

Storage

All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable, drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, exposed to direct sunlight or freezing conditions.
