YUANGEN L-QC 320 Heat Transfer Oil is designed for smooth circulation and reliable heat transfer performance in industrial thermal oil systems. It can be used in open and closed systems under strong circulation conditions, as well as in controlled vacuum, atmospheric or inert gas pressurized operations.
In a well-designed modern closed heat transfer system, L-QC 320 supports a maximum average bulk fluid temperature of 320°C and a maximum film temperature of 340°C. In open systems, where air exposure may affect thermal stability, the recommended maximum service temperature is 180°C.
To maintain safe operation and extend oil service life, do not exceed the recommended operating temperature. Operating above the specified range may cause oil cracking, vapor bubble formation, reduced flash point and shorter oil life.
