Extreme Pressure Lithium Grease NLGI 1, 2 and 3 is designed for bearings, chassis points, pins, bushings and heavy-load lubrication points in construction machinery, mining equipment, trucks and industrial equipment. Different NLGI grades allow users to match pumpability, retention and load requirements to the application. The EP formulation helps protect components exposed to shock load, vibration, water contamination and dusty jobsite conditions. It is suitable for wheel hubs, excavator pins, loader bearings, conveyor systems and general heavy-duty grease applications where reliable adhesion and wear protection are important.

What is the real-world service life?

Is this grease suitable for wet or muddy conditions?

Yes. It has excellent water resistance and corrosion protection. It does not easily wash out or emulsify in water-contaminated environments.

Health, Safety & Environment

The product is unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when properly used in the recommended application, and good standards of personal hygiene are maintained.
Avoid contact with skin. Use impervious gloves with used oil. After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water.
Take used oil to an authorised collection point. Do not discharge into drains, soil or water.

Storage

All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable, drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, exposed to direct sunlight or freezing conditions.
